HOW TO GET A STALL
 

• The market is open every Saturday and runs from 08:00AM until 2:00PM and 8:00AM until 1:00AM on the last Sunday of each month.

• Stalls cost R250, payable at the entrance, and allow you to sell your goods on a 3m X 4m stand.

• RSVP your stand or you may arrive at any time from 6 am and be allocated a stand at the entrance (the earlier the better).

• A stall is allocated from your vehicle, then your vehicle can be parked behind your stand.  There is enough space for two vehicles OR one vehicle and a trailer next to it.

• Bring your own gazebos \ umbrellas \ chairs or tables if needed.

• Please note that no electrical points are provided.

Our Market Rules for Vendors.

​

• We are a Farmers’ Market; therefore, farm products are primary sales.  

• Craft, bakery, household, kitchenware, DIY tools and etc will be allowed.

• All products will be displayed in a clean and safe manner.

• Vendors are responsible for leaving a clean area at closing.

• All vendors shall exhibit professional manners always.

• Vendors to supply own tables, chair, shade and canopies at the market.

• The Market Manager or Assistant Market manager shall assign trading spaces on market day.

• Vendor’s fees shall be paid each market day. The Vendors fees can be paid at market entrance before start of market or paid into market’s bank account via Speed point machine provided.

• The following payment methods will be used to pay at our Farmers Market:
   
  •    Speedpoint machine – Vendors can use our card machine to pay for their Market fee using their Visa or Master Cards.
  •    Digital Payment Channels– Vendors can pay their Market fee using either Apple Pay,Samsung Pay,Google Pay devices. 
  •    QR Code Scanning – Vendors can pay their Market fee by scanning our QR Code at our Farmers Market table. 
  •    EFT Payment– Vendors are welcome to make EFT payments in advance via EFT,vendors to send Proof of payment to the Farmers market by Thursday to the e-mail address Letabafarmersmarket@outlook.com or whattsapp number-071 313 1548.  
  •    Cash Payment– Vendors are welcome to pay using cash at our Farmers Market,

• No alcohol is allowed on the premises (not for selling or own consumption).

• Nothing illegal may be sold.
